Den korte version. Klog har ingen konti, ingen login, ingen sporing og ingen reklamer. Vi indsamler, sælger eller deler ingen personlige oplysninger. Det, du vælger i appen, gemmes på din enhed og i din egen private iCloud — ikke hos os.
Hvem står bag
Klog udvikles af Lars Sommer (herefter “vi”). Har du spørgsmål til privatliv, kan du altid skrive til hej@jegerlars.dk.
Data vi indsamler
Ingen. Klog beder hverken om dit navn, din e-mail, dit telefonnummer eller andre personlige oplysninger. Der er ingen brugerkonto, og du kan bruge appen fuldt ud uden at oplyse noget om dig selv.
Det, du vælger i appen
For at appen kan huske dine præferencer, gemmes følgende — og kun i din egen private iCloud-konto, som vi ikke har adgang til:
- Hvilke kategorier du følger.
- Hvilke ord du har markeret som favoritter.
Disse oplysninger synkroniseres mellem dine egne Apple-enheder via Apples iCloud (CloudKit). De er knyttet til dit Apple-id og håndteres efter Apples privatlivspolitik. Vi kan ikke se dem, og de forlader aldrig dit private iCloud.
Ordene i appen
Selve indholdet — ord, definitioner og kategorier — leveres fra en offentlig database (Apple CloudKit Public Database), som appen kun læser fra. Når appen henter nyt indhold, sker det anonymt; der sendes ingen oplysninger om dig med.
Køb og abonnement
Premium-abonnementet håndteres udelukkende af Apple via App Store. Vi modtager hverken dine betalingsoplysninger eller din identitet — kun en anonym bekræftelse fra Apple af, om du har et aktivt abonnement. Køb, fornyelse og opsigelse styres i dine App Store-indstillinger og er underlagt Apples vilkår.
Sporing og reklamer
Klog indeholder ingen analyseværktøjer, sporingsteknologier, cookies eller reklamenetværk. Vi laver ingen profilering og deler intet med tredjeparter til markedsføring.
Børn
Klog er egnet for alle aldre og indsamler ingen oplysninger fra nogen — heller ikke fra børn.
Dine rettigheder
Da vi ikke opbevarer nogen personlige oplysninger om dig, er der intet hos os at se, rette eller slette. Vil du fjerne dine følger og favoritter, kan du gøre det i appen eller ved at slette appens data fra dit iCloud i enhedens indstillinger.
Ændringer
Opdaterer vi denne politik, ændrer vi datoen øverst. Væsentlige ændringer vil fremgå tydeligt på denne side.

The short version. Klog has no accounts, no logins, no tracking and no ads. We don’t collect, sell or share any personal data. What you choose in the app stays on your device and in your own private iCloud — never with us.
Who we are
Klog is made by Lars Sommer (“we”). For any privacy question, write to hej@jegerlars.dk.
Data we collect
None. Klog never asks for your name, email, phone number or any other personal information. There is no user account, and you can use the app fully without telling us anything about yourself.
What you choose in the app
So the app can remember your preferences, the following is stored — and only in your own private iCloud account, which we cannot access:
- Which categories you follow.
- Which words you have marked as favourites.
This syncs between your own Apple devices through Apple’s iCloud (CloudKit). It is tied to your Apple ID and handled under Apple’s Privacy Policy. We cannot see it, and it never leaves your private iCloud.
The words in the app
The content itself — words, definitions and categories — is served from a public database (Apple CloudKit Public Database) that the app only reads from. When the app fetches new content, it does so anonymously; no information about you is sent along.
Purchases and subscription
The Premium subscription is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive neither your payment details nor your identity — only an anonymous confirmation from Apple of whether you have an active subscription. Purchase, renewal and cancellation are managed in your App Store settings and governed by Apple’s terms.
Tracking and ads
Klog contains no analytics, tracking technologies, cookies or ad networks. We do no profiling and share nothing with third parties for marketing.
Children
Klog is suitable for all ages and collects no information from anyone — including children.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing on our side to access, correct or delete. To remove your follows and favourites, do so in the app or delete the app’s data from your iCloud in your device settings.
Changes
If we update this policy, we change the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
